Group Therapy

Sometimes you need a private space in which to grow, heal, and change. Other times, your challenges are deeply rooted in your experiences with others and require a solution based in relationships. Group therapy can be a uniquely effective and powerful way to grow in community with others and to

feel less alone.

Our group therapists will help you build a more meaningful and satisfying life by changing your relationships. That work starts here.

Interpersonal Process
Group

In this weekly group, our trained facilitators will create a supportive environment in which they will help members explore their feelings, build self-awareness, connect with each other, and practice new behaviors that will help them build more meaningful and fulfilling relationships in their lives. Discussion in each session will focus on the interactions happening between group members as they occur within the group room. Members are encouraged to provide each other with support, to give and receive feedback, and to work with the reactions and responses they have during group discussion. Though these present-focused discussions can be uncomfortable at first, addressing what is happening in relationships as it happens will help members learn about their own interpersonal patterns so they can strengthen relationships both inside and outside of the group room.
